DESCRIPTION:
The works to be undertaken consist of the adaptation of part of the existing Mosaic building and Palomar building, belonging to the old factory of Cruz del Campo. The aim is to expand the spaces for the hospitality school (kitchen expansion), increasing the service area for the public, in addition to the execution of a microbrewery, in the case of the Mosaico building and in the case of the Palomar building, to adapt it to accommodate the auditorium uses that were previously located in the Mosaico building, with an exhibition area, coworking rooms, classrooms, workshops and space for receptions.
The works that include the works in both cases consist of the execution of the interior partitions, and the realization of insulation with thermo-acoustic panels with mineral wool and protection against fire of a metallic structure with projected fire retardant mortar and intumescent paint, as well as the coatings vertical tiles made by tiling in kitchens, bathrooms and changing rooms. The horizontal coverings are executed using floors with different types of stoneware and other types of high-quality decorative floors.
In the same way, the exterior vertical cladding is made by replacing one of the elevations in each building with a glass curtain wall. The current Cruzcampo logo will also be preserved, made up of glass mosaic printed with the logo.
The works also include the execution of part of the sanitation and plumbing installation.
