DESCRIPTION:
The planned works will consist of the urbanization intervention of the interior plot of the facilities of the Cruzcampo Foundation and Heineken Spain, as well as its exterior areas closest to public transit. These works will consist of the urbanization of the front area located in front of the Mosaico building, integrating the pedestrian sidewalks to the enclosure. For them, it will be necessary to carry out several structures in front of the main facade of the Mosaic building, for the location of the access ramp and stairs, as well as the paving, railings and enclosures.
Likewise, it is planned to urbanize the front area of the Maestranza building by modifying the access in front of this building and opening access to the area from the Ada. El Greco, paving the surrounding areas between flowerbeds. The complex will be completed with the necessary plumbing, sanitation, fire prevention, telecommunications and security and lighting installations, the adaptation of a new space for the entrance gate, and the installation of a canopy system in front of the maestranza façade.
