DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the development of the plot located between the streets Duque de Ahumada and Calle Catedrático Alcalá Santaella in Baena, acting both on the streets for vehicle access to homes and the execution of a concrete parking strip in line. The paving of the roads will be of vibrated shot-blasted concrete tiles, with granite kerbstones on pavements, and the paving for road traffic will be agglomerate. There will also be a free area or square, of printed concrete paving with granite tile strips. The works include the installation of sewerage, supply network with 90 mm diameter polyethylene pipes, fire hydrants and hydrants, electrical installation, with transformation centre and underground low voltage network to supply the plots, street lighting, telephone installation and free areas with arbours, street furniture and a pergola formed by smooth steel folded sheet metal porticos in the area next to the dividing wall of the adjoining plots.
