DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the urbanisation, subdivision and land development of 70,065.46 m2 of land within the urban expansion area of Conache. The works to be carried out are the paving of the blocks to be developed, as well as the electrical installation, drainage and water supply. The exterior paving consists of flexible concrete and asphalt agglomerate paving. The interior paving of the blocks will be made up of a 15 m pavement package with a firm base, 15 cm of concrete subbase and rigid paving of 8 cm prefabricated concrete paving stones on a bed of sand. Both inside and outside the blocks, pavements will be made of 175 kgr/cm2 mass concrete.
The project will be completed with parks and green areas, as well as water and sewerage installations, which will include drinking water networks, a new impulsion and distribution line, a new catchment and reservoir, household connections, as well as the irrigation system for gardening and fire protection.
