For this, UC10 S.A. It has the certifications of its integrated system of Quality, Environment and Safety and Health in the Workplace in accordance with the standards UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNE EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNE EN ISO 45001:2018.
Quality
UC10 has the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System certificate applied to the design, execution, conservation and maintenance of public and private, civil and construction works, which will guarantee quality in each of the works it undertakes.
ISO 9001 is an international standard applied to quality management systems. Presented with a clear structure to design and implement any management system, it is the most implemented in the world, and one of the most important, where increasing customer satisfaction, thanks to the processes of continuous improvement is one of its main objectives .
Environment
As part of our strong commitment to the ecosystem, UC10 S.A. has the certification of ISO 14001: 2015 in relation to the environmental management model.
This demanding standard establishes, among others, the procedures to identify environmental aspects associated with the activities, products and services of the company, as well as the possible significant impacts on the environment, both adverse and beneficial that derive from the activity, product or service of the company. UC10 SA, updating all this information periodically, working to guarantee the continuous improvement of the system.
Security and Health
In UC10 S.A. We maintain as a priority objective, the development of an effective policy of protection for the health of our workers based on the prevention of risks during work.
For this, UC10 S.A. It has two actions: the General Prevention Plan of the entity and the independent Occupational Risk Prevention Plan for each work, according to Royal Decree 1627/97 of October 24, having a Prevention Service, whose management has an impact on the actions so that employees, at all levels, understand and accept them.
The commitment of UC10 S.A. in the prevention of damage and deterioration of health is such that since November 2015 has the Occupational Health and Safety certificate in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard applied to project, execution, conservation and maintenance of public works and private, civil and building, showing their permanent awareness of prevention and continuous improvement.

The main objectives of the Integrated Management System of Quality, Environment and Health Safety at Work is, on the one hand, to guarantee the quality of our products and services, conservation of the environment, doing the job well at first taking into account account for all the health and safety hazards of our activities, in accordance with the application requirements, so that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers and are in accordance with current legal specifications and regulations and, on the other hand, the application of continuous improvement techniques as a fundamental pillar of our development.

We assume preventive and continuous improvement awareness, preventing the appearance of possible errors, proposing solutions, communicating them effectively, identifying ourselves with the objectives of the company, and scrupulously following the requirements that derive from our system.
The continuous training of the personnel is a permanent concern of the management of UC10 S.A., as well as of the continuous revisions of the Management System, adapting it to the demands and changing needs of our clients and to the foreseen objectives.
Adequate training and information on the obligations of personnel in matters of safety and health at work, depending on the job or function of each worker, as well as the provision of the necessary resources to prevent damage and deterioration of health.
The authority conferred on the person in charge of the system and its decisions regarding Quality, Environment and OSH, will be respected by all employees of the company and any conflict in this respect will be resolved by the management of the company.

The management of UC10 is committed to the development and implementation of the quality system, in addition to continuous improvement, disseminating the Policy on Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at Work to the company’s personnel as well as suppliers or subcontractors. who work as suppliers, the importance of exceeding the expectations of our customers.
The objectives of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at Work are set and approved in all departments of the company. In this way, the resources, both technical and human, are assigned to achieve the objectives, choosing responsible and deadlines for its achievement. Through the performance of internal and external audits, as well as through periodic reviews of the system, the status and degree of compliance with said objectives is checked.
