PROVIDING PROGRESS TO SOCIETY
We constitute UC 10, S.A. in 1998 as a response to the economic and social environment. Andalusia was at a moment of great dynamism building large infrastructures necessary for development. Companies dedicated to construction join our teams to undertake major works.
After some years of great development, in which UC 10, S.A. managed to position itself as a benchmark builder, and others of deep crisis that we knew how to adapt, we understand the current moment as an opportunity to start a new cycle.
Society has become global and requires different solutions. In UC 10, S.A. We are determined to respond to the new demands of that digital society, contributing progress.
We have adapted our business model to the needs: it is about providing integral services in the field of infrastructures. We want to provide the accumulated knowledge and technology to build and maintain necessary infrastructures, efficient, user friendly, functional, quality, durable, safe, respectful with the environment, with low maintenance costs, using or reusing natural materials that contribute added value to the environment.
Research and innovation are our hallmark when it comes to addressing civil works, buildings or facilities that the community demands.
We have understood the global nature of the current world, so that we will reach those places where our contribution is required and appreciated.
We know that we are stewards of social being. In this sense we have decided to return a part of our profits to those people who need it most, through the organizations that represent them, trying to contribute our effort to the fight against social inequality.
This project is possible with the excellent and motivated human team that the company has. We have set up a common project where the paths of safety and progress are concluded.
International vocation
Since its foundation, UC10 has had as its premise its territorial expansion to establish itself in the market with a spirit of permanence. That is why in the closest geographical area such as Andalusia, the company has tried to give continuity to its establishments and relations with customers, which has been possible over the years for the quality and compliance of the work performed, loyalizing clients and creating wealth and jobs.
As a natural projection UC10 already operates in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, where it expects to consolidate in the coming years.
Internationally, UC10 opted for Perú since 2012, setting up a headquarters. The decision to establish ourselves and its further development have led to a great success.
The turnover of UC10 in Peru has been increasing significantly, being established in two Peruvian regions such as La Libertad and Puno, in addition to the Lima headquarters.
