DESCRIPTION: The project contemplates the demolition of the buildings at the locations of Calle Ayala, 31 and Calle Salvador Dalí, 10, for the creation of a public surface parking lot. This parking lot will offer 49 parking spaces for cars and 4 for motorcycles, distributed in three sections: an access from Ayala Street, a central area with a parking island, and an exit to Salvador Dalí Street. The materials and finishes will be similar to those used in the renovation of Ayala Street, with pavement layers composed of 20x10x8 cm two-layer concrete pavers of different shades, on a 5 cm bed of sand, all on a semi-dry mortar regulation base. In addition, 2 adapted parking spaces and 2 charging stations for electric vehicles will be included.
